Isolated L-Shape

For sale today we have a fairly isolated L-Shape. Lumberjackers dream home. Only one neighbor anywhere close, and that is a small a screen away (only seen blue chars come and go). There is some spawn, but it is fairly normal for the Northern Territories: Ettins, Gargoyles, Orcs, and Air Elementals.

Bids will start at Deed + 25k
Buyout set at Deed + 60k

I'll let this run until Sunday the 24th.
