Seriously, whats the point of owning a house on test long term/permanently?

Houses should be removed on a daily basis and deeds given back to the owner characters or something.

Test Center should just be wiped frequently like it was back in the day.

It would make sence to wipe test more often. I think there are very few maintining housing on test, although I have seen a few insances of players hording the free equipment that spawns into houses.

People should not be safely placing/testing houses on test center to begin with. If you are on test center to legitimately test out a house-placing issue, there is probably plenty of room to place it elsewhere. If you are on test to test-fit a house for the live-server, well..

OSI had a test center too ;D which people tested house placement on and whatnot, so whats it matter?
