Wall of Stone consumes mana/regs when cast on lower floors, but does not appear as expected. All other field spells work there, and all field spells (including stone) work on top floors.
This does not seem limited to player housing (eg. Hidden Valley reg shop).

The Stone Wall is quite a bit higher than the other fields, 22 tall, vs 12. This is why they will not fit between floors of a house which is 20 in most houses. They would poke through the floor and prevent movement above, the wall cannot be formed where there are any blocking objects.

Ah. That makes sense.
However, instead of doing nothing, there should be the same sparkle animation as when it is cast on non-blocking locations. (Tested on demo).
Also, the sparkle animation should be something like twice as long as it currently is.
