Ghosts, Runes, & Houses

Ghosts should not block a recall rune. Currently they do.
I also believe ghosts are capable of blocking house placement. This issue has cost me at least 2 decent house locations so far.

Here is a screenshot of the ghosts blocking my rune & house placement. This was an IDOC that just fell at Brit GY, but since i've given up on wasting time trying to place over ghosts, im sure someone else will get the spot.
