not only are the runebooks empty but also when i contacted Sjane about this she informed me this is not her vendor... so be warned this is not a vendor to purchase anything from.

Unfortunately when it comes to things like these, it's way too easy to get scammed in game. Make sure you buy from well known and trusted vendors, or someone advertising on the forum. It will minimise your chances of receiving duds.
