Location isn't specific, but I'd rather it NOT be on Ice Isle. Prefer the front door to not be crowded up with trees or foilage, etc. Please let me know if you have one, or know of a location.

Edit: I ended up dealing with Kelektra, she placed a large brick in the location for me, gated me around to get the money and deeds, and had to deal with my brother! Very smooth, very polite. Thanks again.
