This is excellent (sort of, I guess). My only real problem with the addons is that there's just too many in the world.

That's an interesting point.

If someone on OSI was running a popular player-run inn or bar, were they roleplaying a bartender or innkeeper or were they simply playing UO in the way they enjoyed?
