Looking for owner of small near brit gy

Looking to purchase this small, if anyone has any info on who owns it, or if they still even play. Please contact me here or for a faster response, IRC.

I noticed the inside is empty except for two ovens, so surely they wouldn't mind selling it for some cash :)

The sign says "Please if i'm inside go away"

Edit: apparently right after I posted this the guy refreshed it and changed the sign to say "Notorious I am". I didn't catch him when he was doing it though.
