Balrons hitting every time?

Is it just me or are Balrons hitting every time? My character has 100 Wrestling and has taken probably 10 hits in 10 swings.

pretty sure balrons miss. i've had one attacking me while i was paralyzed for a while, if they hit every time it would have insta-freed me.

Normally, I'd chalk this up to random luck. But according to the abyss shard, they have like 3000+ Wrestling skill. But I was under the impression they use their swords. Although then again, supposedly NPCs chance to hit is according to their highest weapon skill level, regardless of what is or isn't in their hands.

They miss all the time. They just have like 190-200 dex, that's all.

Swing speed is capped at 5 ticks and can go no lower even with 923828903892 stamina/dex or the same speed for a weapon.

So, my 100-wrestling character has gotten hit another 8 times in a row. That makes about 18 straight. Maybe it's just uncanny luck, I dunno. I guess for defensive purposes, if they had 3000 wrestling they'd never get hit either, but still... 18 in a row seems pretty wacky.

if they had 3000 in the wep skill they were using, they'd be impossible to melee, no? it's definitely not impossible to melee them

Yeah, that's what I said above. I suppose the BS/EV code could have gotten mixed in with them (those guys hit every time, but can still be hit through normal skill vs skill rules). I dunno... all I'm saying is, the last 18 or so times in a row I have stood next to them, I have gotten insta-hit for about 40 damage.
