Buying Keep in good location

I am interested in buying a keep. The requirements are no houses visible in front of the keep, and placed on grass with no spawn. Toss me a PM in irc or in this thread if you have a keep for sale.

When I move into my castle I have one that is directly north of where yours decayed. I'll get with you later on IRC.
