Isolated 2-story - Water & Grass

Post by Mikel123 »

For sale is a 2-story house, located on a peninsula near the Sacrifice shrine. Spawn is minimal, and you have two neighbors to the north and that's it. Great spot to macro with minimal harassment due to it's isolation.

Price: deed + 20k. First come, first served.

How much is the deed worth, + 20k.
baiscally how much are you asking all together?
I'm new to this shard and a friend and I are interested in buying an L shape.
A trusted broker will be required as I don't trust anyone on this shard, yet.

Hey Google, I just saw your post, sorry. I don't believe a large brick will fit there, though I can't say I've tested extensively.

Still available for a couple more days, otherwise I'll just give it to a friend.

Don't L-shapes and Large Bricks have the same size footprint?

The cut-out on the rear of an L-shape's footprint lets them fit in some spots that a Large Brick's 'full' 14x14 footprint wont.

Right - large brick houses and patios have the same footprint, I think.

Oh, ok. Duh. I should have known that. My L-Shape is placed in a spot just like that. Nothing else will fit there (other than a small) because of how the shoreline is shaped.
