This is a great opportunity for trainee tamers.

Scorpians, giant spiders and snakes can take you to around 80 taming. Simply lure them inside with another character and tame them - with your tamer safely behind the tables!

The spawn around the desert consists of: snakes, giant spiders, scorpians, earth elements (good money + gems) and ratmen.

There is a nice big mine a few screens from the house.

The orc fortress is very close to the house - great for some fights or if you are involved in role playing.

Also, 1 screen away from the Shrine of Compassion - close and easy ressurection!



Bidding starts at an L-shape deed - I retain the right to accept any bid I find reasonable.
