It would be ideal for friends looking for houses close to eachother or an RP guild wanting a town close to an actual city. Before I forget these houses are located on the road to Skara Brae. Take the ferry off the Skara island, follow the road east for about 10 seconds and you'll be there.
It has light traffic from what I've seen, but I am from Europa so I rarely play during primetime since it's so late for me.
