I use to run by this area a lot, it was new player housing, which had the Lshape as like the community center.

If anyone is interested in setting it up again for new player housing (Maybe that NEW guild?) I'd recommend buying it especially for how cheap it is

That's what I'm hoping, not trying to make a mint off this folks, the L shape alone is worth the amount above deed in that location, and a newb or dexer guild can get to and from the gate very easily from here, not to mention Brit and Skara

Gee I seem to recall someone recently whining about the mythical housing issue, specifically how their guild couldn't get a group of houses all next to each other. Cough... grom... cough. Hmmm... shocking that a sale like this could happen here for such a reasonable price. Absolutely shocking lol.
