party systems why were they removed?

For ideas on how to make Second Age a better shard. Can it get any better? Maybe.

i believe the removal of the party system was unjust and unaccurate as its mentioned in the patch notes from the osi shard ( http://www.uoherald.com/news/news.php?newsid=599 )

not era accurate (implemented post nov 23, 1999)

The Party system was added to the client in March 2000, but was not active as stated in that patch note you linked. It was activated in April with the release of UO:R
