WTB mining house

I am looking for any size home that is directly outside of an enclosed mine. I would like a direct spot outside of a mine with a step I can place a forge on. The larger the mine the better and I would prefer little to no spawn. Send me PMs or reply here.

A small house you could probably just grab a deed and do some running around.. You would find a a nice spot.
I know there are spots north of Brit through the mountain before you get to Deceit. They are pretty nice.
Larger Mining House you may have to purchase.

Would be perfect if you have the money. You could grow into the spot. Place tower a few months or so.

I have looked around. What I want is literally a house right outside the mine. Haven't been able to locate that spot on my own. I already have a small and a tower that are right next to a mountain and down from a couple mining caves. What I really want is one that is right outside an enclosed cave. Don't ask me why just blame the OCD
