Heres what i dont get. If you wanted to buy that 2 story house in ACE country, why didnt you just make me an offer? StarHunter was like "im on the phone with Stranger, and you promised to sell it to me" I said sure, ill sell it to you, make an offer. I must have asked four times for him to make an offer, he never did once. Not even like deed + small, just wouldnt say anything. And somehow that fail turns into you guys tearing so hard your creating new fails..i dont get it....weird people. Real estate is pretty simple here, you want the house, make an offer, i sell it, done.

Sorry guys this house is sold. I know most of you wanted it but simply lacked the funds. If you work really hard some day you too may be able to afford a prime piece of property like this. But prolly not.
