Nope, you won't sell them for much. I believe Lich Lords drop these, and are actually quite common. Same goes for dead wood (from Reapers) and blood (from Blood Elementals).

Dead Wood (from Reapers), Fertile Dirt (from Earth Elenentals), Blackmoor (from Lich Lords), Executioners Caps (from Corpsers), and Blood Vials are all relatively common and worth about 500-1000gp for a pair. The other necro regs are much more valuable and can go from 20k to over 100k each.

Yeah they are for display only. When necromancy came along they were basically like root and pearl for different spells, but in this era they are just cheap pixel crack

As far as I can tell, the necro regs that aren't exclusively server births which are in the game right now are:

Blackmoor
Bone
Brimstone
Daemon Bone
Dead Wood
Dragon's Blood
Executioner's Cap
Eye Of Newt
Fertile Dirt
Vial Of Blood
Bat Wing
Daemon Blood
Grave Dust

The above all either spawn as loot, come from quests or have dropped during events.

Unless I'm wrong, those below either haven't been introduced yet or are server birth only at this point:

Nox Crystal
Pig Iron
Blood Spawn
Obsidian
Pumice
Serpent's Scale
Volcanic Ash
Wyrm's Heart

Not sure whether Blackrock is considered a necro reg or not, but as far as I know it either doesn't exist or is server birth only.
