Small mining houses near Destard

I just placed this house this morning. It, along with the small immediately to the east, occupies a spot where a L-shape once stood. I'm kind of hoping the owner of the other small intended to place an L-shape again but failed to completely block off the space. But I'm willing to sell to anyone interested. There's no spawn that I've seen thus far, and looks like it would be a nice little mining spot.

The buy out is a small house deed plus 25K. The bidding will end tomorrow at noon EST (about 24 hours) and I can make the transfer tomorrow evening.

Technically it's the northern part of the Dragonhame Mountain. So opposite of Destard but fairly close.

When derrick extends los to 2000 tiles, you can teleport right over to the entrance.

This would probably be better advertised as "near trinsic"

It's closer to Destard than it is Trinsic. Therefore, to me, it's near Destard. I was just going by significant landmarks in the area. Perhaps I was wrong though. I should have said it's near the hedge maze. But then I'm sure you guys would have something "clever" to say about that as well.

No offense mate, no one is going to pay deed +20k for that spot. There are tons of small spots all over the globe that are just as good, if not better than that which have yet to be taken.

Right, I figured that before I put up the post and the fact that no one has sent me a message or posted anything other than sarcastic comments in response has confirmed my suspicion.

So you're a Blackburn Rovers fan eh? Maybe I should make a new character with the name Victoria Concordia Crescit. That's too long though I imagine.

Not a bad idea for the name of my house though.
