Selling Mining Small + 26k Iron Ingots

On NE side of Ice Island, about one screen south of the mine.

House comes as is with forge/anvil, 26,763 Iron Ingots (roughly 200k value), set up security tables, quite a few shovels, tinker's tools and a few colored ingots. Great spot for a miner/gatherer, also great start to GM tink/BS.

Starting bid = 200k.

I apologize for not responding to this. I have been having some comp issues and I will be very busy in the near future. I was trying to sell quick cause I don't want to IDOC but I am unsure I will be able to prevent that.
