Free small house(s) for new player(s)

That's right, I want to just give you your very own small house free of charge!

There is a catch!

I will give you a house on the condition that you promise to never let someone else own the area. I dont care if you demolish the home and place something larger (if it can fit, check for ghosts/stealthers), as long as nobody else places anything in that location I am okay with you keeping it indefinately. If you decide that you no longer want the home(s) then you must give it back to me to be redistributed to another new player.

It's as simple as that.

Just make a post in this thread if you are interested, and I will get back to you if I think you would be a good match for the home.

I should mention, if you let it decay, or sell it, then I want 43.8k per small house for voiding our agreement to cover deed cost.
