Preferable low/no spawn (but will consider if a sweet location), no jungle. Low neighbor count.
Dolphins are NOT era accurate, and MUST be banned!

Btw theirs like 0 spawn and your next to east brit bank, no pk neighbors, infact, only 1 person around who refreshes a keep in front of you.
