Suggestions for Tactics?

As the title says. I'm rather new still and I'm curious as to the fastest route to raise your Tactics skill? Thanks in advance

Your tactics will raise along with the other fighting skill you are gaining e.g swords, fencing

If you have reach GM in your other fighting skill, you just need to keep going to finish off tactics

E.g. if you have an NPC in your house that you were using to gain fencing and have reached GM, keep going until you GM tactics. It will raise slowly at higher levels.

Also note that you can't gain tactics at high levels unless you are proficient with the weapon skill you are using.

eg:
You have GM swords, 90 tactics and decide to start raising fencing. You spar fencing for gains, but you will have a 0% chance to gain tactics until your fencing is in the mid 80s. It's not uncommon to GM 2 weapon skills and tactics still hasn't GMed.
