Arms lore is not necessary on a warrior. It's used to see the condition of an item. There's no extra benefits to the skill, it's alright on a blacksmith, but even that isn't necessary

I would add one of the following (or a mix of things):

Hiding
Poisoning
Magery
Tracking

what would 50 poisoning and 50 magery do...and is there an NPC who trains poisoning, tracking or hiding..or do I start with zero and work up?

Having a low poisoning skill would not be great, but may come in handy, who knows

Chance of poisoning opponent with a bladed weapon = PoisonSkill (of crafter, not wielder) / 4
So with 50 poisoning you might be able to apply lesser or regular poison (couldn't find any info). But your chance of actually hitting someone with poison would be only 12.5%. This would only be useful at all in PvP combat, these low level poisons are only good for one thing: stopping a bandage from healing damage.

So if you were going the poisonining/mage route I would personally have 40 poisoning/60 mage (both "real skill"). This would most probably boost you to 63 magery, giving you 100% chance to cast 4th level spells (eg recall). And also allowing you to cast 5th-6th circle (with fizzles). 40 poisoning will allow you to apply lesser poisons with a 10% chance of successfully hitting for poison.
<green> grats pink and co. .... the 3 of you f---ing scrubs together can blow up a bard. IMPRESSIVE
