I don't consider the healing system in 2000 to be t2a. The healing patch in 2000 was the next patch after the patch that removed pre-casting in preparation for the UOR publish.

This is kinda absurd.. and think of the pvm.. how are you supposed to tank even a poison ele if you arent loaded till the throat with greater cure potions with these timers.. god...

Slightly slower? Hell it takes 17 sec to heal poison and 14 to heal period. WAY TOO LONG!

It is actually 15s heal self and 18s to cure self. A difference of 5s. That is slightly slower. Would you prefer the 3 minute delay that occurred in pre-t2a? Now that would not be considered "slightly". These delays are era accurate and are just fine. The strategy for a dexer is no different than before. If you want to further review and discuss this topic than do so in the patch 64 thread for this. There is no need to discuss it in multiple threads.

Also, these delays are the same as they were before. The difference between the two is that dex modified the value of the delay.

I agree. Slightly slower is an understatement. You can cast cure faster than what you can bandage. Right now curing is roughly about 13 seconds I'm guessing. Maybe more like 11, but this is just an estimate (at 100 dex). Having it at about 17 - 18 seconds is insane.
