Selling Tower in North Mines/K^A Land - SOLD

Tower for sale in north mines area. Short walk to water, one tile from mountain all along back wall (mining from inside), and in quiet part of the neighborhood. Great location.
Taking offers.

Anyone else?
Spot is near flawless. Houses on either side are empty too, and guy in front doesn't play much, so no active neighbors nearby.
