Every location has been accurately marked next to the chest tile, not all rune libraries can claim the same.

One set for sale right now at the Yew Bank Mall for 125K. More sets available upon request from interested buyers.

Every time I hear someone claim they have the most accurate rune set for tmaps, I try their runehouse and after just a few maps I find something a tile or two off :[

because everyone just carbon copies the same inaccurate libraries.. mine was done to perfection.

You're paying for the labor, not the materials. Prob takes around 1.8-2 hours to make one full set (took me 3.5 hours to make 2 rune libraries at once.)
