#2 can be moves up some, to replace #3 with a keep as per my tile count.

#5/6 can be deeded and a patio/brick placed

There is a wandering healer that always spawns right behind the tower, the whole area is literally a minute from brit, but almost nobody goes here, the area is extremely secluded. The two L shapes at the top are owned by someone who seems to just refresh them and not play. You cant see it in the pic really, but there is a small ore deposit next to #4 where you can mine valorite. You can fish off the left tower wing, like anyone really cares though.

Buy it all, buy just one, I dont really care, I will just take whatever seems reasonable first.
