*Sold*2 Brit Guard Zone/ Mining Smalls*Sold*

Post by Tybalt »

This small is 1 screen down from the GZ and 1/2 a screen to a screen from the moutain. South west of Brit, just south of the hay field farm.
Perfect for the miner starting out or grandmaster. 3 screens up and your in GZ mining and there are forges up in that area too. Or the person just starting.

House #1

Deed +10k on one of them, either is fine.

Also, I'm very new to the game, having not played since about 2002, so any advice/suggestions on how to not get scammed would be appreciated.

Either use a broker or:

At the house for that the client is going to buy: Prove it's your house.. like secure then release something.. then:

1. They give you the deed
2. You transfer the house
3. They give you the 10k <--- this is iffy cause 10k isn't light. you wont be able to carry it & they could kill you.

An alternate is for them to give you the 10k at the bank, then prove house is yours, then accept deed, then xfer house.
No matter what do not transfer the house till you have at least the house deed in your possession.

Ideally you would sell both houses to somebody for just the deed of a large brick (129k) but thats prob not going to happen.

The whole approach on your part is rather ironic. Refuse to do the work in finding the information yourself but rebute anything that is presented to you.

The transaction went smoothly. Didn't use a broker. Thanks, Tybalt.

I bought one of the smalls, and gave Ty the gold and the money first. He's legit and I would buy from him with full trust in the future
