Tips window at startup

On the tips window, when you first start up Ultima, I found some bugs.

I highlighted them in the pic below.

The Next and Previous buttons don't do what they say. All they do is close the tip window.

The Up and Down Arrows on the scroll bar don't do anything at all.

Thanks. This is actually a known problem, and i don't think there is anything we can do to fix it. The client, while it still allows for display of this window type, no longer sends any response back to the server when those buttons are pressed (

Oh, ok. when I'm macroing, and get bored, I'll open up the tips window just to give me something to read and see if maybe there's something i don't know. but it gets to be a pain having to type [tips over and over and over again. I set a hotkey just for the tips window
