It's not Indestructable/Silver, so it's not the best bow in the game. The "collector" factor is lost right there. Heavy bows are a dime a dozen, and practically nobody uses them.

The last ghoul touch bow you are talking about, that was for-sale for 30k, sold to me for 10,003gp and 2 apples.
