Kinship in Felucca on Catskills had this, as well (Skara Brae, mainland).
Gone to greener pastures.

K^A is and will keep their add-ons end of story regardless of any poll or post that is made. It is pointless to get into the of who what where when and why. The only way for them to lose everything is being inactive, which I would say they are not. Have a nice day and dont forget to donate!

What? Plenty of guilds here are active, and they have no town add ons. Did we ever get staff response on this? What is the policy to keep town add ons? The poll is well in favor for KA to remove theirs!

Accidentally voted no when I meant yes. I see K^A running around everywhere all the time.

"A monthly maintenance fee is usually demanded for the upkeep of these addons."
Nothing about being forced to sport events.
Have you seen K^A on My.UO?
http://my.uosecondage.com/Status/Guild/78
Their guild is HUGE, which is more than can be said for the guilds of anyone in this thread "motioning" to have their add-ons removed. Clearly they're a semi-influential part of this shard.

Nice dodge. I doubt you guys even pay the upkeep, and read the second paragraph.Blackbeard wrote:Accidentally voted no when I meant yes. I see K^A running around everywhere all the time.

Re: Motion to strike town add ons for Kingdom of Ascalon
I'm not in K^A.
"Usually, the general aim of a player-run town is to ... attract players from outside the guild TO VISIT AND SHOP AT THE GUILD'S VENDORS, OR engage in other activities with the guild members, often in the form of pvp events."
I never see $$$ host events (maybe they fund some shard plots?) and they have some nice add-ons in Moonglow because they have about 5 vendors. I don't know if I've ever heard of any MYM events previous to the Hedge Maze tournament recently but then again I haven't been keeping much attention. If K^A (or anyone else for that matter) don't pay the monthly upkeep in gold, tear it down for sure but I get the impression that this isn't the case.

Re: Motion to strike town add ons for Kingdom of Ascalon
K^A is active, that's no question.
I don't think we should remove their add-ons, but I do feel that the "upkeep" rule should be enforced. I've never had a town, or any static add-ons, so I can't really say whether or not the staff require them to constantly pay upkeep, but it definitely shouldn't be a 1 time payment for these type of requests..
Also, vote yes for mYm town signs, they are just as active as K^A, and they host events, which I have not seen one from K^A.

[14:17] <UOSAPlayer4056> cr3w guild is a joke. Ran by staff members, multi client pking, this shards a joke and a half.
