no to mention cost.... 60k ore = 120 000 ingots = 7gp per ingot x125 = 105,000,000gp..... assuming of course you don't mine it yourself

I haven't played in many, many years. That being said, I know there was a way to boot people out of the house. I don't remember how it was accessed though. It was either a command that was typed or it was accessed by right clicking the sign by your door. When people were stealthed, there was a command to make them appear while they were in your house in order to target them.

Its detect hidden skill, even at 0 you have a 100% success rate in your own house or a house you're friended too, and its the words "I ban thee" which will ban or "remove thyself" which will kick them out.
