Can't remember what the name of the NPC that sells deeds/"appraises" them is called, but you could buy and sell your deeds in the same building where the bard guildmaster is in Minoc. There isn't one there on UOSA.
I have to goto brit every time I want to buy/sell house deeds, and brit is such a hole is makes me want to log off and puke (not really, but I do hate going to brit).
Should be a real estate agent in Minoc

No kidding. I just use brit and minoc for particular things because they're the two cities I know where all the buildings are. I use almost every city except from Brit (and brit on occasion to check for stockpiled regs) for particular buildings.BenBrawl wrote:also if you dont like goin to brit, go to skara
It must have been a local server thing, our real estate agent in Minoc (Wakoku) was in the bard guildmaster building. But now that it's been mentioned, I do remember going to the carpenters to buy on Oceania.
