This house is perfect for a newer char or an experienced one.
It's literally a screen away from Britain guards...and it's right by the wall for mining.
It's quiet here little to no spawn.... I've never seen a red here.
Easy to mine your ore and sell iron ingots to make money or to GM your blacksmithy.
I don't have to sell this... I was actually waiting for the ones near it to IDOC or to go up for sale and then try to squeeze in a tower or something larger.
Will take private bids or public bids.
