Small Seaside City including a Tower, L-Shape and 5 Smalls

This is directly east of Vesper, about a 45 second run to the bank. This area has very little spawn, usually one ogre/troll, one air ele, and one water ele. There is castle directly west of this layout that is owned by Caswallon and 2 EVO houses (keep and brick) to the north. I have never seen anyone around them, although they are refreshed regularly. I am selling this as a lot, and the minimum bid is 900k. The value of the deeds alone is 844,600. I do reserve the right not to sell for any reason, and am open to buyouts. I'll let this run for at least a week, but if there is little to no interest, I'll just keep them and refresh until a later time. Some photos for your pleasure:
