Just go to the tower in the middle of the forest north of Brit GY. Leave from Brit bank, pass the smithy, pass the GY, and continue to run north facing NE a little. If you have your radar open you will see a big clearing and the tower is in that clear. Go up to the roof and you'll see the tub on tables. You have to dye the clothes from the steps though but you can. I do it all the time.
