im sorry man i dont see any of these weps being worth anything, mayb the pickaxe with ghouls touch for couple k.

War Axe - Substantial, surpassingly accurate or weakness 27 charges - +10 Tactics
War Hammer - Supremely accurate - +25 Tactics

I'm pretty sure a couple macers and some macer/mages would disagree with you on these...
