PRO TIP Dont carry house deeds in your bag in town its not safe i thought it was blessed and ive being playing uo all my life gg to the rogue that stole my house deed and wasted 2 days of my life farming gold for it. things like this is the reason people uninstall this game.

Did you have it in a bag inside your main pack, were the bag could be targeted and stolen ..

And aren't house deeds newbie (hence not steal-able) and not lootable on corpse (granted you keep it in the top [main] pack)?

can you random steal house deeds? because i know u cant target them directly.

I'll donate some cash to your house fund.
I just had my boat stolen two night ago in Vesper. It was actually a really good steal. I had just about finished my fisherman and so I was in the process of supplying him, and just transfered the key to him so he could bank it. I bought some regs and as I was running to the bank, a ghost approached me and started oooOOooing me. So as I was in the process of a rez, someone who I assume was his partner was stealthing my pack, and BAM I see the recall go off and I know its too late.
Look for my boat key its gone, I try and recall of the spare, blocked, blocked,blocked, I get through, but end up in the middle of the ocean with the thief in my boat a half screen away.
Gave up. My internet was feeling like 1997 era dialup, and I hadnt really amassed anything worth fussing over but it does put a sour taste in your mouth.
Point is it happens to us all, just gotta get back on the horse and move on.
Anyways PM and I'll help ya out.

pro tip: keep your house deeds in the top level of your backpack, and they can't be stolen

I still kick myself for not stealing the boat off someone I killed (revenge killing). Got his key but just forgot about it until he dry-docked it or something. Aurgh.

To add to uofuntime yes they are not even corpse lootable .. Unless your red and have deed. Reds will drop noobie items not blessed.
