It's the small one west of the yew liche spawn.

There is a small house on top of the yew lich spawn, but on the west side sort of...it's mine.

There are two additional smalls side by side sort of NW of the lich spawn, still on the southeast side of the road...as far as I know any other houses are west of the road, as the original poster says his is, or a considerable distance in other directions....but not really very close to the lich spawn.
