Stuck at "Verifying Account"

I've seen this thread a few times, but I've tried everything the rest of them said to fix this issue but nothing has helped. Razor is newest version, ip: uosecondage.com port: 2593 and UO Version is 5.0.8.3. I have even uninstalled my firewall to make sure it wasn't blocking it. Any ideas?

I'm using the right encryption as well.

Have you tried it on a different computer?

Are there other players that use your internet connection?

Does it stick at Verifying Account with just one account, or many?
