i have meditation 0.4 but i don't want it : how can i low it ? thank you

Set the arrow next to it down, it'll eventually atrophy. It won't do you any harm, as soon as the points are needed for other skill gain they will be taken from it.

you also want to make sure that you have your skills set at show real, otherwise you will be a VERY long time getting rid of that .4 points.
