Wow after reading here and doing some googling I hope this is NEVER allowed on T2A, it should be bannable.

What is this "fair fight" you speak of? In my experience, it's what the winner is always accused of not engaging in by the loser.

Yeah, I've seen my fair share of plugin use over the years on Gamers. It's funny how many people were cheating when there were only about three active plugin developers. That shit spread like wildfire.

I do write my own plugins, but they are nothing 'hackish'...things like agility and strength pot counters, for instance.

But like i said, just because you aren't gonna be doing anything 'hackish' i'm sure theres someone who probably would.

It's not allowed there because the UOGamers team has had a lot of problems in the past with cheaters on their shards, which I totally understand. PlayUO has been allowed back on Hybrid, albeit only the newer version which runs through Sallos and does CRC checks of your archives, login tickets, etc. to make sure you're playing legit.

Why would there be such hatred towards the PlayUO client if it was truly a "legitimate client".. Razor has most of the same functions (not all..) and theres no world-wide ban on it.. I could only imagine why so many freeshards (even the one that CREATED it..) have had brief or even permanent bans on this client..

People think PlayUO is a cheat client because:

• They are stupid and think it comes fully loaded with cheats
• They heard about/saw Krrios' bots at one point or another
• They've heard of plugins and assume that plugin is nerd slang for 'cheat'

It was banned because of certain VERSIONS that were circulating - NOT because the client is a cheat client. If it were, it never would've been allowed in the first place. Please use some sense before you post.

That's a circular/shitty argument. "People wouldn't hate on it unless there was something to hate" AKA "the unwashed masses must be right." Please.

I've never used the client and even I can't let that one slide.
