Vendor houses for runes/runebooks

I am a brand new player to the server and slooowly trying to ramp up the hard way. An immediate frustration of mine is building up a database of runes to basically everywhere. Can anybody point me in the right direction, specifically to a solid vendor house that offers their runebooks to the public?

I'm specifically looking for dungeon and spawn locations as in depth as possible such as cyclops valley, all the way to various rooms/levels in all the dungeons.

theres a rune library SW of Vesper, just past the Graveyard

good rune library at the tower just west of the Britain moongate and at the patio on the north corner of Yew bank.

I have also heard people have been getting PK'd regularly at Bigouds

guards are so close. I've never had a problem.

SW side of moonglow is $$$ rune library. Big tower

There's also the famous Roadkills rune library on justice island. You need a rune to get there tho
