picking up empty bottles

Is this an option through Razor? Or is this some type of script? I'm not going to mention any names in case of the latter, but I have pvp'd with a few people whom after drinking pots, would run past the bottles and they would automatically pick them up.

It's the scavenger agent in razor, you add a list of item types to pick up. On the Agents tab

If you tend to walk between towns, or at least aren't totally addicted to the moongates, you might want to put all the reagents on the scavenger list, too, since some of them appear randomly in the wild. Garlic, ginseng, nightshade, blood moss, mandrake, never seen the others. Every so often you'll walk right over one without even seeing it unless you've modified your art file to turn all trees into stumps...
