And yes, he appeared and asked, if he could have the deed back.
I told him, that if he will swear never to steal from me again, he would get it back at a huge discount... but he remained silent, so price went up to 10k. When I went to bank box he came near and tried to snoop me... the price doubled again, and reached 20k.
Finally, I kept the deed in bank, handing him a 20k check... Was not a bad deal, oh really
