yeah me too... ever since the first one we had. Finally a new event.(hopefully to replace deathmatch :P )

Only problem is everyone was blue... and some people actually reported me for murder. and those who died were able to get looted. GG

Yeah, there was a problem with the way the area is set up. We're going to script this so it works right and add it to the event schedule. My appologies about the trouble with the items.

I'm glad some of you enjoyed it. It is not the last time you will see for sure even though we had a few problems. I am also hoping to try a few other new events in the near future.

Once again thanks to all of you for being patient with the issues tonight.

Ive been out of commission due to a power supply failure so I haven't seen the FFA. I am curious though, are potions allowed? I don't think its any secret I dislike the x on x duels because without potions you can't really avoid dumps and you are screwed if you get poisoned unless you have magery.

i think for this free for all event we should think about allowing the use of all spells, area effect spells and what not. if somone wants to risk casting a deamon i say let them try 8)
also i was in a rather long one today against WK, maybe adding timers into it, such as after 5 minutes there are some hidden traps added to the arena, and let it progressivly get harder to survive, duno how hard it would be to make the arena get smaller over time?
some ideas..

Hehe this sounds pretty cool. This kinda gives me an idea for a new event we could maybe do. Adding sudden death could definitely be a possibility though.

Arena needs to be a lot bigger if this is held at prime time. Adding pillars that block los would be a nice addition as well. I also agree there needs to be a sudden death mechanism. The first LMS i participated in was late at night with only a few players, but me and another dexxer were the last two and the game took ages.

Also... can we tag events as magic item use BEFORE the event? A couple people missed the event entirely trying to get back home.

I don't know about the arena size, i kinda like the size of it right now as it adds to the craziness of it all. If more people feel like its too small it could be enlarged for sure.

As for the magic weapons, I'm still not sure if i want the default settings to include them or not, once we establish that, I will for sure announce if there are any changes to standard rules prior to the event.

The arena was renovated a little bit, the size stays the same for now and we will see how it goes, the more input the funner we can make this thing.

any kind of sudden death near the end is important, can you amke it so every time somone gets eliminated a few tiles disappear and it gets smaller so at the end two guys lef its pretty small
then add traps an stuff as it goes on
a telporter tile too... lol
or as match goes on drop a high end wep on the ground to kill each other with
