Crafter Skills And Gatherer Skills

If I make one guy just for all the crafting skills and one guy for all the gathering skills what would be the best way to do it? Which skills should I have on each guy?

Gatherer:
Stealth
Inscription
Lumberjacking
Magery
Meditation
Mining
Hiding

Crafter:
Alchemy
Blacksmithing
Carpentry
Magery
Poisoning
Tailoring
Tinkering

If you want to drop one of the stealth/hiding in the gatherer for bowcraft/cooking, you can have all the trades. Or just make a third character since you can have three accounts, the extra spots are there:

Just bag the items up and smelt them with the miner. Not that big of a deal.
