On Looting:
I am not gonna kill myself trying to police looting. We've tried it before, people find a reason to complain regardless. If you can't stand losing it, don't bring it. In the end, we'll get far more from looting you than you will gain from looting us. If you and your guild become known to us as non-looters or disarm looters, chances are very very good we'll return the favor.

On Going Red:
It is always a hard decision. The Bloodrock has a long history of town raids to fight people we war. Obviously this can't be done if we all go red. Further, having to deal with statloss becomes quite a nuisance for orcs. Because we aren't all super mage/warrior templates our survival ability is, obviously, lower.

As always, we prefer wars but there'll always be blue griefers, blue healers, and people who are afraid to war us. And in every event, we'll always have to decide between roleplaying orcs to their fullest and going red or not. Either way, us being red, blue, or any other color is of no concern to anyone. Whether you are blue, red, or orange, expect to die if you don't provide tribute. A 'blue pk' or 'noto pk' implies you don't know your life is in danger...if you see us, it is.

I will dry loot every single orc I see.

Every orc I encoutnered dry loots, I've seen them hunting newbs in Despise. My brother killed one the other day and took his vanq spear, nerull came to watch after.

I was on Faceman fighting an orc all of a sudden a gate pops up and you douchebags all run in (think there was about 4 of you plus the 1 that was already there) So think before you say gj bring 5 to fight 1. I wasn't too mad, was kinda funny lol with all of you shouting clomp da ummie hehe.

And orcs aren't as easy as everyone says they are. When they ride their forest ostards(or wargs as they call them) They are like regular dexers if not better...

Anyway don't accuse tg of ganking you orcs cause you do the exact same thing.

Unfortunately I think what often happens is 1 or 2 people from a given guild show up and act like asses and after that the whole guild gets treated as griefers by the clan. It's regretable; but it happens. As time goes on and we get more experience fighting the players of this shard it will become clear who comes to fight and have fun and who comes just to be a pain in the ass. Like what was stated earlier in the thread, come have fun loot to disarm (or not at all) and you will be treated likewise.

we have VERY few magic users. And infact until recently only one was guilded. Unless you are in a certain guild that house kills us, we've never gone out looking for house kills. So I have to ask, who "synced" you solo?

Ne'rull was the one who ran in through my door and cast explosion then cast lightning through my window.

Basic rundown of what happened:

An orc riding an ostard was riding around my home. Incase any of your members decide to read this and may remember, my home was the small home south of the Chaos shrine, just south of the large patio thats placed there.

The orc stopped infront of my house and was then joined by another orc. The first orc approached my steps and I, thinking he was up to no good, banned him when he touched my steps.

The second orc stood just in front of my steps waiting, and then Ne'rull arrived.

The second orc charged through my door and managed to get a hit off before I banned him. Ne'rull followed and got his explosion off as well, and then was banned. Then he moved to the side of my home and before I could drop my ingots and other items that were weighting me down and preventing me from dodging any painful mojo that punk Ne'rull wanted to throw at me, he did just that, and I died.

Then I followed them through their gate and my horse also followed and was eaten by tamed wargs that were told to attack my horse by an orc.

So, yeah. I don't mind. I didn't lose any of my stuff except my horse. And by all means, you're orcs, so this was expected. Hence why I banned the three from my home.

However I did lose some respect for you guys when this happened only because you Bloodchok-hai guys are always trying to appear like your an honorable clan of orcs who have principles and all that stuff, how you guys hate blue PKs when...you are blue PKs.

You would need to take that up with Ne'rull as I believe there are two sides to every story.

As far as benig blue pk's - if everyone warred us or there was no statloss, we would have no problem going red. But since thats the way it is, we have to adapt and blue pk as people will not war us. We don't wish to, we have to.

IMO it is real boring to fight orcs cause it's just like fighting a dexer on a field... You getm em low with poison they just book it full speed until they are at full health again. But I still warred you guys

Isn't that how it is with anyone? At least when we run you can still cast a spell and blast us from afar. When you run we have to chase and get near you

The orcs are made up of the same griefers and miscreants who make up the people who fight the orcs, hands down.

I detest the orcs recieving preferential treatment and getting their own orc fort built, especially given the fact that it is a ganker's dream. Stone wall across the door means it is impossible to escape their arrows and poison.

Obviously the flip side of the coin is that a vibrant role play community is a good selling point for the shard, but at least design custom forts for everyone else too- or at VERY least design their custom fort in a way which does not give them an absolute advantage when it comes to PvP.

Bunch of house banning newbs too, imo.

I stand humble and corrected! However, I still believe that an open-air style of construction, as opposed to what is seemingly designed specifically for gank-fest-2008, is preferrable.
