cant join the thieves guild

my char is 7 days old he's been in the game for over 48 hours and he is gm stealing but it wont let me join the guild any reason why?

oh and i have enough money to join the guild

Make sure it's the Thief Guildmaster/mistress that you're saying "name join" to.

Also, not sure if this is true, but perhaps if you have murder counts it won't let you in. I know that if you kill while you ARE in that you'll be reprimanded for some odd hours before you can steal again.

yea hes saying im not old enough to join but this char has been on for the entire 7 days he has never missed logging back on at server reset

Could there be a check to see if your total skills are over a certain amount? I didn't pay much attention when I joined on my thief, only had 68ish stealing and I'm not even sure how long he was logged in for.

There is a GM on the South side of Brit. It took me quite a while to join, too. I would say that you may need to have the account be older or something. Give it some time and play some other char, then come back to it.

This was checked this morning and the char was not old enough. 7 days has seemed to most to be a lot longer than they think. we get this all the time, but haven't found the system to be broken yet. The 7 day timer is accurate to the second, it's not 7th day, it's 7 complete days.

So the timer is 7 real life days, as in Monday-Sunday, or 7 days played time, as in 168 hours?

Also, where is the thieves guild master?

A 7 day "real life" timer means if you created the character at 7:15 PM on Sunday, then it will be ready to play at the same time next Sunday (give or take some time for server reverts due to server wars).

In Buc's Den. There is like a thieves den in the north part of town, I forget what its called. She'll be one of he thieves. Don't think that's the only one though.
